Been using it today and so far so good. Looking forward to improvements with the commenting UI and some more sort options like Top Day from the ‘official’ Lemmy web client.

For any dairy intolerant or vegan people here you can get a similar effect by clarifying a vegetable spread like Flora and adding salt until it tastes ‘buttery’ enough for you
UK checking in here - straight from the tap is perfectly safe. I still put it through a filter though because I like the taste and it makes me feel fancy.

Wow this book appears to divide opinion! The first review in that link absolutely slams it at length, but then others are claiming it to be the best thing ever written.

Butter straight to marmite is a societal norm. Contaminating the butter with marmite is a capital offence.
This sort of stuff was always gonna happen early on. As things calm and the wider community settles into some norms we’ll see less of it.
I feel that pain - my toilet sprang a leak half way through making pizzas! Gonna be fun putting it back together tomorrow.
