I'm pretty sure the Exynos S10/Note 10 series from 2019 was the last unlockable bootloader Samsung S you could get.

You could try to sell it or trade it in for something that's unlockable. Outside of Pixels, Motorola and OnePlus tend to have the most new-ish devices that run custom ROMs.

I just found a decently priced Motorola Edge 40 Pro that I set up with LineageOS, it was stupid easy. Supposedly, it's getting Android 16 at some point early next year.

This has lots of documentation for recent devices and what kind of challenges you might face. https://wiki.lineageos.org/devices/

Barring any of that, some type of debloat software is gonna be your best bet. Good luck!

No, that's UHF. You're thinking of the cassettes we used to record and watch movies on.

There's no such thing as man sized rats.

(That being said, I do appreciate how on the nose a lot of WH stuff is; such as the leader of the ninja assassin Clan Eshin being called Sneek lol)

This is unsettling to hear, because I haven't had an issue in several months on my end. When it used to get bad, the one thing that always seemed to work for me was watching things in private tabs.

I've also used the Albanian VPN workaround, and it definitely worked in the past. Good luck, let us know if you find a solution!

Houston streets are tough enough without some jackass swinging a 6 foot long rubber band at you.

I play piano, but my mentor was a guitarist. As far as I'm concerned, Johnny Smith is one of the great ones, regardless of instrument.

Yeah, he's technically a brilliant guitarist and I respect the hell out of that. But to me, he's just good. He kinda transcends the guitar, like most great musicians.

Awesome collection. I bet they sound great on those KEFs, too. I have the Mosaic 8 CD set from 20-odd years ago, too bad vinyl wasn't back in the zeitgeist at that juncture.

One of my mentors used to fly up to Colorado Springs to see his son at the Air Force Base next to the airport and then go see Johnny at his music store, which I think he had since retired from running(early 90s).

I feel like this title should've been something about European vs. African Swallows, but I do cherish The Holy Hand Grenade of Antioch scene.

I always loved the way he delivers the line "Five is Right Out!"

What a great scene. The rest of the verse says:

"Four shalt thou not count, neither count thou two, excepting that thou then proceed to three. Five is right out. Once the number three, being the third number, be reached, then lobbest thou thy Holy Hand Grenade of Antioch towards thy foe, who, being naughty in My sight, shall snuff it."

Schenker is German and has some ridiculously specc'd laptops. But be ready to pay through the nose.

Like, I'm talking 200Hz 16:10 4k+ screens with 5090s and up to 256 GB of RAM.

I always liked the song "Black Sabbath", track 1 on the album Black Sabbath by the band Black Sabbath

Especially egregious since it doesn't even have the song Blue Monk on this album.

Aside from that, the album is absolutely divine. Thelonious and Charlie Rouse are on another level entirely on this session.

Just picked this up along with the Nai Palm solo record. Maybe my favorite current band.

Now that the new cartridge is purring nicely, it's time to christen it with a classic and favorite of my dad's:

Lee Morgan - Search for the New Land Original pressing from 1966, still sounds fantastic.
