I use Shoppix for my receipts, but it's slow and you need to spend money to make money. Aside from that, I'd be interested to hear what everyone else uses.
If they want to know who I am they can already ask my ISP, I don't see why they need to also have a copy of my driving license.
Technically it does, it does use ranking algorithms, but they are for sorting and surfacing content rather than a modern “engagement optimization” system like a recommendation feed designed to maximize time spent.
