I want to keep Fields. Put him on a two year prove it deal or something. But this ENTIRE staff needs to go and Kevin Warren needs to select the new GM with no input from the owners.

I'm not ready to give up on Fields. I think he's good enough with better coaches and a better roster.

I swore off watching Bears games until this staff is fired. They are clueless. This team isn't even competitive. I get the info I need here on Reddit until the time comes that I start watching again.
