Most of them are on izzyondroid repo. I use liftoff and probabily there are 7 in total on fdroid using this repo.

That can be some general data like where I live,Who I am,What I do etc. But do they gather data like what I like even after I disable these things off ? Also, do they review my personal data on there servers like my google photos,Files on drive etc ? 🤨🤨

I personlly use markor if you are willing to use text files for simple task like that, probabily It will work for you
