SPEAK UP, DRILL SARGEANT, I CAN'T HEAR YOU!

Thank you! It was a one in a million shot, the angle ended up being perfect and the overcast sky was perfect to not oversaturate a gray winter picture.

Lmao that's so real, I think she boiled the bacon out of spite.

Italian, most likely

Surtout sur une île, l'espace est une denrée limitée.

Nous devrions bâtir des stationnements sous-terrains pour ceux pour qui un véhicule serait absolument nécessaire. Je suis pas contre l'idée des tours à stationnement non plus.

:3 thank you!

I debated either creating a new community on lemmy.ca or moving to the second largest community on lemmy.ml, but a lot of instances don't federate with lemmy.ml.

Hopefully I can get modship and clean up the post log even with a lemmy.ca account. I'm already moderating !buycanadian@lemmy.ca and !montreal@lemmy.ca, so I'm no stranger to moderation.

I get the feeling, but that would likely be regulatory suicide for Carhartt, potentially leading to their demise. Trump is a vindictive fuck.

I would LOVE for my laundry to smell like maple syrup!

On the downside, I'll perpetually wonder if I spilled maple syrup all over myself...

(I know you were making a Tide Pod challenge reference, but genuinely wondering if it might make for a good scent)

black0ut@pawb.social is right, you have no idea what you're talking about.

Open-source software development can be very slow sometimes. It's not about speed, it's about expertise. Like I said previously, they likely hold a day job besides developing Lemmy.

I've been in the open-source scene for about a decade, it takes a LOT of developers or a corporate sponsor to do any work long-time. Products live and die because volunteers run out of time and / or interest.

Again, I invite you to fork Lemmy yourself and maintain it faster than the original devs could. Put your money where your mouth is.

Fork it, it's free.

I'd love to see you try to maintain the codebase. That's not free.

OP doesn't like the devs' political opinion. I, too, hate tankies, but their work is not less valuable due to their opinion and they are allowed to seek monetary donations to help them do further work in the future.
