I think it's just whatever asset they could grab.

It's very clearly meant to be penis, xxx, crotch, naked woman, probably links to porn and is designed that way to avoid some sort of filter on the ad network to detect pornographic or pornography-referencing advertising.

If that's the case, well played. Clever.

???

Le droit de grève est un, euh, droit.

Je comprends pas comment un tel droit peut être aliénable, peu importe ton domaine. J'aime pas cette direction que le gouvernement prend où on enlève sélectivement les droits des travailleurs.

There are many more meds to try than just Vyvanse. If you have a good psychiatrist, they'll likely run you through Concerta, then Adderall, then Dexedrine, etc.

There are stimulants and non-stimulants. I personally took Concerta for a really long time, and it destroyed my personality and delayed my social learning by years. I then went cold turkey on it, and after 3 years, found that I was non-functional.

I've been on Adderall for about a year now, very few side effects (for me) and recently bumped my dosage from 10 to 15. Drugs affect different people differently, so you really just have to try them out.

Great write up, this highlights how powerful the way we use language can be, and why it's important to consider the words and vocabulary we choose.

The way we use language affects the way we think, it reframes topics and normalizes ideas.

Patriarchal expressions are what we call "loaded", similar to how calling an immigrant "alien" strips them of their humanity, or using the terms "blacklist" and "whitelist" reinforces "white good, black bad".

Loaded language can be used accidentally, or strategically to convey a particular emotion, and language can equally be unloaded, such as in the case of "letting go" instead of "firing", or "passed away" instead of "died", it distances the concept from the underlying emotion.
