I don't think this is really about censorship. You can say and advertise whatever you want, but after this if it can be proven false you have to pay the price. All it does is make people double check their facts and figures before they go shooting off random falsehoods.

And here I toured the Dole plantation on Oahu thinking what a neat spot. I'm glad I read that and learned the truth. I hope native Hawaiians continue to heal and learn their true culture and history.

Some areas in the US have tipped minimum wage. Some areas have an actual minimum wage that is paid regardless of tips. Don't accuse others of exploiting people when it is truly the employer backed up by the local state law. Blame your state and do something about it.

They shouldn't request tips at all. Tips are only shops be provided if a customer feels like the service was above and beyond normal.
