Technically USA owns Mexican gulf, parts of it. The same way Mexico owns other parts of gulf.
Isn't name change only for USA? Other countries still use Gulf of Mexico unless they too decide to change it for whatever reasons. Also why are people not talking about (Persian Gulf/Arabian Gulf) or (Sea of Japan/East sea)

I think all humans have some kind of natural scent that can be used to "find a mate". Not everyone will find that scent attractive but your potential partner might. It's basically a way we evolved to find a partner to reproduce and get stronger as specie. Of course someone who better understand can correct me.
