Why do you think it equals less than $20,000?

Even if it did, what would that have to do with me saying a $3 blizzard isn't worth the money?

Maybe you need to take the remedial English course after all.

18.4k posts, and his only two comments are those.

I literally answered your question.

If your reading comprehension is not good enough to understand the words in front of you, then you need to take a remedial English course.

Way below what you can get from welfare in the US.

It's not all-or-nothing. Most people don't even attempt to eat cheaply because they believe it's beneath them.

There are also cheaper restaurants to go to. Much cheaper.

Your argument made it seem like there are no cheaper restaurants, which is false.

You're choosing to pay that price.

Again, you're wrong.

What cities are you talking about? I'll show you restaurants that are cheaper than what you say.

Also, tipping is a scam and every time you do it you keep it going on for longer.

So... I should go through all of that trouble because you don't like hearing lawnmowers?

I'm curious what planet you are from where you think anyone would do that.

Man, it's telling how many of you believe things because you never tried them yourselves.

Get out into the real world. Get some experience.

I can't say I've ever been to classes that have that issue or have heard anyone with a similar complaint.

If it's really that much of a problem for your specific school, class, or just you (for some reason), then it can easily be remedied with a power strip, or several if that's really how bad it is.

I'm reluctant to take your word at face value, though. Lots of hyperbole going on on these forums.

Where are you talking about that this is the case?

We can do internet searches to see if you're correct.

Sorry this has to be spelled out for you, but I was questioning what he meant by transparency as it applies to the subject.

Have you ever been on welfare? They give you enough money to get snacks, too.

Seems like it would be a good way to funnel content into more niche communities by tying their posts to whatever is posted on a subreddit until they can take off on their own.

Does such a thing exist? If not, making it shouldn't be too difficult. I could probably whip something up real quick and toss it up on a software sharing platform.

Would anyone be interested in something like this? It could actually work really well with Lemmy's option to show/hide bot posts because people could choose if they want to see it at all.
