Let’s take New York City, for example. It’s got more e-bike usage than anywhere else in the US, and there are still only an average of two pedestrians per year killed by an e-bike accident. That number for cars? Around 100 per year in NYC. It’s not complicated math – cars are 50x more lethal in the city.

I have no doubt that ebikes are less dangerous, but this data doesn't do much to prove that point.

Digg is coming back actually. Kevin Rose and Alexis Ohania bought the domain. Strange times...

The US version would have fentanyl. Gotta get the Mexican kind if you want real cocaine.

Get out. Your kind isn't welcome here.

Look at this guy reading more than the headline. Let's get 'im!

I keep seeing this martial law BS being parrotted by Americans as an excuse for their inaction. But if they're already submitting to fascism due to fear of martial law, isn't that kind of the same as being under martial law?

Thanks for this recommendation, I'm going to give this a listen

There are several public domain readings of this book on YouTube for others who are interested

Thanks for replying

Do you think response time could also indicate that a user is a bot? I've had an interaction that I chalked up to someone using AI, but looking back now I'm questioning if there was much human involvement at all just due to how quickly the detailed replies were coming in...

Would you mind elaborating? I'm naive and don't really know what to look for...
