Thank you, I'm tired of everyone taking this too far. I'm also hardly against authoritarian regimes of any kind, left and right, but this is a generic use open source software we're talking about, not a political party. I support the platform and I appreciate all the devs for what they do, it's really good software and it makes me happy as a programmer myself to see social media code that isn't filled with bloat and spaghetti code or malicious anti privacy features

Either educate yourself or go to that quarantined Nazi instance with the other inbred racist fucks and sugarcoat the Holocaust together
It used to be for me too, but I got used to the idea and I feel like it really takes a load off my mind now, not only on the browser but IDEs and any other application with tabs. If you don't remember why something is open, you probably don't need it that much
I think we are immensely biased being human, and not being able to communicate that well with animals.
Other animals don't cease to surprise us, and there are so many species that have heightened or entirely different senses than we do.
I feel like there's so much we don't yet know about these things and that there are many things that are accepted with hand wavey reasoning
It's fucking disgusting that humans have done shit like this
There's no reason to comment on a conversational post where the OP doesn't exist
Hey, don't you dare talk shit about Rus.. oh that Rust
It's definitely possible, but it would be a swiss army knife of an app that's way too hard to make compared to how confusing and messy the end result would probably be
Maybe my definition of "decent human being" is too strict, but it's way too rare for me to assume it.
I assume that someone I don't know is alright, but they have to do some kind act or show good behavior at their expense without expecting to be rewarded for me to understand that they really are a good person and aren't just good to others when it's easy and beneficial for them.
No reason, they're conventions. Check out this list and you'll get a better idea. It's simply a number that the developer assigns without a particular meaning. It's kinda like telephone help lines, one thing that a developer might want to try is to find a pretty memorable number while trying to avoid conflicts with other programs running at the same time.
I feel the same, I get so annoyed when companies, governments, and anyone else uses dumbass excuses to avoid saying things directly.
I'd probably get even more frustrated if they openly said they don't give a fuck, but not by much
I ordered a Napoletana in Rome thinking it would be a Naples style pizza but it apparently has anchovies, I almost gagged while eating it but it was still a good pizza
