Um you're not real communists, I know you're killing fascists and stuff, but I read more theory than you and I put up some posters around town

I'm honestly conflicted with the Agile crap, I can definitely find positive sides to implementing it for socialism. What really makes it bullshit in my day to day is when POs obsess over it and end up missing the whole point because the burndown chart is not going as they'd like and even start wasting time on modifying the story points to paint a better image of the team.
Otherwise I can see how it would improve productivity overall and keep things accounted for. Getting rid of the profit motive would improve Agile as well I bet.
Ukranians need to get their shit together and turn their guns towards the Zelensky regime already, I know the reactionary and fascist ideals have been passed down to the people to a large extent, but being sent to the meat grinder is the best possible way to get radicalized.
Also I guess they didn't have any strong existing communist org before the war that hadn't been slaughtered by the fascists.
As a dev, techbros are insufferable but not for these reasons. They are fortunate enough that capitalists still have use for them and therefore can find good jobs, but many of them take that for granted and lecture everyone else that isn't a programmer and complains about their crappy job for "not trying hard enough".
Add to the mix a god complex that makes them disregard any book that isn't computer science, statistically coming from wealthier backgrounds, an obsession that everything can be fixed with technology, and you get a very reactionary lib.
You are a hero and I'm not saying it lightly. Absolute respect for you for standing up for your morals and putting your livelihood on the line. Your apprentice learned something much more important than the job that day. I am sure that they'll remember this for their whole life and respect you, maybe even follow your example someday.
I've read both Animal Farm and 1984, and I took econ 101 in uni
