I interpret the results as men between 18 and 29 who've never had sex. I'd answer at least 1 if I had sex at 17.
OP is saying gay sex being excluded, iiuc. Trend seems extreme since 2008, and it would be nice to see the spikes to 16% or so 3 times between 1989 and 2008. The spikes could be corelated to rising stock market bubbles for all I know. Seems over double the 1989-2008 average that I guesstimate at 12%.
Maybe gay men used to experiemnt with women to "find out"? Maybe harsher economic inequality keeps men home? It's not obviously internet porn, which became available in late 90s, though 20 years later would get a lot of under 30s.
"secret sources", and short part of video.
Corrected. I misread. Still Austria should be ashamed to be ruled by such demonic evil. Tankie definition has shifted to anyone wanting to avoid suicide by demonic antagonism and diminishment of Russia based on pure propaganda lies, just so politicians can steal/rape their people by pretending to act tough, but cancelling all social programs to pay 5% of GDP for US subjugation.
Categorically sickening idiocy that has no place in human discourse.
Best definition of humanism is defining good, but only forbidding evil. Everyone has the freedom to not maximize good, as long as they don't hurt orhers. This is what is needed for ai. Otherwise it is just as oppressive as traditional media.
Surely, for hiring, best candidate rather than social work culture is ideal, but for private enterprise, maximizing non evil ( Say zionist or other supremacism, purity) cultural priorities might be important instead of technical prowess. University includion is good because it is a social experience instead of pure automaton factory.
While exclusion is evil, inclusion also may not choose best candidates and so is also evil. Inclusion is not the same as no exclusions.
In the end, nepotism is the grey area of humanism. Certainly, an employer can choose any bias they prefer. You can teach them that best candidate is best, but their freedom matters too. Buy american,/nationalism can have some merit in that what you buy directly improves lives of a tighter social group to you than the indirect flow of globalized profits into homes, exports, and national debt values. You can teach nepotism is bad for you, but you cannot morally force either in group or out group trade.
To address headline. Freedom of identity, orientation, even if it is not humanist ideal good must be permitted. It is certainly not an objective basis for hiring people though.
Another core basis of humanism is that truth matters most. There is structural racism, and there was recent structural racism. Past systemic abuses of groups, has resulted in neoliberal evil logic that those groups now fully deserve supremacism. That is a great defect of democracy.
Only ubi, followed by liquid democracy restrained by humanism, can form humanist society. Zionist first empire must be divisive to distract from theft and oppression, and our democratic norms are more fundamentally corrupt than systems that need army's or elites approval.
Was an excellent episode overall, but a very low brow "main repeating joke" that writers have recurring flaw for. Surely, better criticism of Trump was thinkable. Also, Trump speaking style and voice lives rent free in most people's head, and some attempt to approach it would have been better.
Stalin Derangement Syndrome? Are you a Holodomor denier by any chance?
genocide designations are political, and blame on one side for a famine is always going to be more political than truth. The absolute worst nazi (anti communist first, any alternative 2nd)/nafo supporters here, and in eastern Europe who take their Stalin Derangement Syndrome as motivation to diminish Reformed Russia. Holomodor is a Ukrainian word, and a 90s western neoliberal/Ukrainian nazi political effort to lay the groundwork for division/war/liberal supremacist murder. Genocide absolutists serve evil warmongering bloodthirst only, and not truth.
The interesting part of the graph is that US/NATO propaganda over manufacturing war did not convince any additional people to have negative views of Russia. People outside the western media bubble are not any smarter than those with easier access to cable news propaganda. They still have more access to western produced, english, media than Russian media. The steady improvement of Russia favorability since begining of war, is an extreme condemnation of US/NATO demonic evil warmongering.
these are global public opinions of leaders.
Main application is getting a USB monitor to the front edge of my desk with my drawer keyboard and mouse setup. Stands permit easy reorientation.
A laptop alternative can have better performance with discontinued products, need a hub, and take up useless space with keyboard and trackpad, with monitor further back then I want. 2in1 flip laptops all suck at graphics/gaming. Laptops with "good" gpus will get loud, and right in front of you. Display shakes when you type.
A desktop means more clutter under desk, but, as with laptop, need a usb hub, and it seems hard to find one with even usb 3.1 (dp alt mode) that allows powering usb monitor with single cable.
laptop advantages include ups, doing something in power outage, and transportable computing. minipc + usb portable monitor not quite as portable. Tablets and phones beat the portability need, but ups is nice, and then if I think its nice, I should get one for pc/mini pc.
desktop advantage is gpu per price, and unlimited storage expansion. mini pc with 780m is simply good enough gpu with much better cpu than competitive gaming PCs. APUs also allow for very high GPU memory allocation, that could benefit some games, but also compute applications.
seems like most miniPCs still need a hub/docking station for wired key/mouse.
Survey was taken before Trump put "special 50% tariffs because Bolsanaro (previous president) insurection prosecution is a witch hunt". Brazil has likely flipped.
Xi is only one with more positives than negatives.
per GW. 5000kg over whole year of 1gw reactor going almost continuous. While there is no theoretical possiblity of creating economically viable fusion energy, a minimum reactor size would be 10gw. Needs 1gw of backup fission to provide stable power input, and make the deuterium.
$500M/gw in gold revenue could make a difference in the economics. If fusion cost 2x what fission costs per gw, ($30/w) then it would make back its cost in gold only over 60 years, @$100/gram.
