That sounds unlikely to me. If the school is wealthy, then so are their students' families.

Inflammatory response, release of certain chemicals in the body, blood flow, etc.

Examples? None of the things you've listed are inherently bad effects. It all depends on the magnitude, duration/timing, and probably a bunch of other factors, and any negative needs too be weighed against the benefits of consuming that food.

There's no such thing as a "healthy food" or "unhealthy food" in absolute terms. It's all dependent on the totality of your diet and everything else going on in your life. You don't use an excavator to clear the table after dinner in your fifth floor apartment because that comes with a whole host of problems, but you would use one to move multiple tons of gravel across a construction site. Saying that exercise combats the effects of a poor diet in this context is like saying that working on a construction site negates the negative effects of using an excavator.

Yep. It's part of their mating ritual. You can learn more about it at c/fuckcars.

Two of the four OF accounts seem to just be the athlete sharing behind the scene details about their Olympic journey and chatting with people. Not so clear for the other two.

All the more reason to do it. I'm very curious about what you'd come up with.

This makes sense if you start with the axiom that the state exists to serve those who are 18 and over. But it doesn't. It serves everyone. The age threshold is to ensure you have enough life experience to understand the impact of your vote.

There's the question of willingness, and then there's that of ability. A single person acting independently with no prior planning will quickly get shut down, and the world will be no better for it.

Having certain experiences means intimately knowing the problems affecting others in a similar situation, and that puts you in a better position to fix them.

I wouldn't say frozen milk is particularly far into processed territory.

We'll need more info. What state are you in, where do you want to go, and what do you generally have trouble with?

Whole food is generally preferable, but protein powder is absolutely fine if that's the best you can do. Just take the route that's easiest to adhere to. You'll get much bigger benefits from simply hitting your macros than optimising their source and micronutrients and all that other jazz.
