I've been using an Ikea Henriksdal (chair for dining table) for a few years. Recently, my partner needed a new chair and had a choice between a HM Aeron or Sayl. We decided to get both and we'd then each pick the one we prefer after using them for a while. I'm on the Sayl now, but I think I actually prefer the old Henriksdal. It's so much more spacious and lets you comfortably sit in a bunch of different positions. Both HM chairs confine you to a "proper" sitting position.

Stop scanning your card for a few visits and report back.

Or throw the can of soup into a blender

I'm pretty sure those were given as examples and not an exhaustive list.

+1 for GZCLP. Of all the beginner programs out there, this one resonates best with everyone I've introduced it to.

It's not even a question of motivation. Every ADHD person I know is highly motivated. It's the ability to act on that motivation that's impaired.

That would be a fair assessment if someone presents you with the two choices and you choose to ghost. But often what happens is that you just completely forget that the app existed. The question of cost never even comes into play.

rTorrent with Flood front end.

My only complaint so far is being unable to reach the rTorrent TUI when it's running headless. It otherwise works great.

I like the term "specialized" vs "unspecialized". It better describes what it actually means.

That sure sounds like what would qualify as "unskilled labour". It basically means that the pool of employees is every healthy adult human being and you can be nearly instantly replaced if needed.

When I was doing my undergrad, there was this sketchy shop in a nearby alley where they photocopy textbooks and sold them for just a bit more than the cost of the paper and binding. If they didn't have it, you could borrow it from the library to lend them and they'll give you a free copy in exchange.
