You realize how filthy it’s gonna get?

I still remember what Nick Bakay‘s voice sounded like.

Possibly Martyrs. If you don’t know, then maybe avoid it.

The famous endingThe movie ends with the main character getting their skin surgically cut off their entire body.

Depending on the person, I don’t even want the text.

If they are “fake”… then why is he upset? They aren’t real ads. Right?

I understand that is a option, but it is primarily meant to be sent in the mail.

If you live in California, please get your mail-in-ballot sent well before Election Day, November 4. The changes in USPS policies which are affecting how long mail takes to be delivered are affecting this election. The State Attorney General and I believe the State Registrar urge voters to do this early. They no longer can guarantee that USPS will give it a post mark for Election Day, thus possibly invalidating your ballot.

EDIT: The policies in question make a combination of where you live and what day you send out mail, affect the amount of time it will take for delivery.

Archer was not the captain of the NCC-1701. They commanded the NX-01, a completely different ship.

No, that is not the same thing. The Kelvin Timeline exist due to Spock trying to prevent the destruction of Romulus from the nearby sun going supernova. The Temporal Cold War is different factions of the galaxy at war, messing with history.

The Temporal Cold War is from ENT.

I had a previously uploaded a similar meme but I noticed an error and decided to change it completely.

Image zooming issue (startrek.website)
submitted 3 months ago* (last edited 3 months ago) by hopesdead@startrek.website to c/voyagerapp@lemmy.world

Hello. I’ve encountered an issue relating to zooming with images at random a few times within the last month. When attempting to zoom, at random the tap field will continue to zoom (even the pinch and pull gesture affects this) until the image has reached a maximum zoom. At this point the image will resize itself to the normal size or do nothing. Whenever this occurs, no other controls work. Only way to stop the behavior is force quoting the app.

EDIT: iPhone 13

Wrong answers only.

EDIT: This moment is from “Message in a Bottle”. They have just accessed the Hirogen network, Janeway is trying to negotiate for use of the network. When that doesn’t work, Seven sends a shock through the network to incapacitate them.

So for those unaware, René Auberjonois filmed scenes as a Starfleet officer named West (who had an odd rank of Colonel). At the end of the movie it is revealed that West, disguised as a Klingon, had attempted to assassinate the Federation president. If you have no memory of this, then no worry. You’ve only seen the theatrical version. All the scenes which René appears were not included.

According to Memory Alpha, prior to 2009, the home media releases included the West scenes but did not list Colonel West or René Auberjonois in the credits. 2009 is when the first DVD release came out, being the theatrical cut. The page for West indicates the 4K remaster, released in 2022, includes West scenes but omitting the reveal of the assassin’s identity.

With multiple edits of The Undiscovered Country existing, what is considered the canonical version?
