Not so fun fact: I once owned a used copy of the Mass Effect Trilogy for Xbox 360. I played the first game on a Xbox One. Long story short, I ran into a backwards compatibility issue regarding the DLC that prevented me from accessing my save file. Before I discovered the issue and solution, I decided to contact EA’s customer support.
They told me to get a brand new copy.
Isn’t he just gonna claim that was someone else they put in prison?

If I’m not mistaken, (assuming no legal fuckery), no amount of evidence can legally prosecute him. There has to be two witnesses testifying in open court or his own confession.
