Surely, it makes sense to remove the subsidies to mean they still remain competitive but prevent deflation without cost to the country. That would also provide reassurance to Europe and other (logical) economies that China is not going to subsidise to control the market and then ratchet the price.

But that's a simple fix. Let's just make sure everyone has healthcare. Make it universal, so nobody depends on working or not working to live.

I think the first season of the last of us did a great job of making fungus scary. They had scenes from disparate parts of the world with experts explaining the risk or discussing it on tv.

I think the second season was poorer for not having it. For not having any world outside the immediate world of the main characters. It makes sense as it's set many years later but making sense doesn't make it better. The first season did forward and back Junos in time if it served the story.

It wasn't so much sophistry but the level of trust they put on each other after having minor disagreements. I think it was sweet but I don't know that someone who is basically stranded with no money would continue to gel with a stranger who has misled them about their romantic past. They also shared different values in many parts. It was nice but, maybe it's the older me, I started to see red flags rather than romance!

Ok, so grammar is not your strong point. Do you know what an adjective is?

No, they are not the same thing. Just like not prosecuting children is not the same as selectively prosecuting adults.

It is also fine to prosecute pregnant women. We just don't send them to conditions that put them and their baby at risk. It's protection from severe risk, not protection from consequences or prosecution.

Alligator Auschwitz is an abomination and nobody should be held there. However, there are degrees of inhumane. Sending pregnant women there is more inhumane than sending an able bodied man.

Do you know what a rhetorical question is? No need to answer.

Is it any good? I watched the first season and found it decent but forgettable. I lost interest for the second. I’m surprised it’s still going but I think I saw there were some more good cast members.

Huh, well I was confidently incorrect. TIL.

Ok, so lies by omission. If you're playing semantics rather than good faith discussion at this point, it's clear you don't have a point to make.

I wish you the economy you voted for.

In America and prettyuch worldwide. Inflation was a result of both Trump and Biden policies during covid and similar government policies worldwide. Not to mention, the pandemic itself. Trump didn't get inflation under control. He's risking a recurrence.woth tariffs.
