Kitchen psychology: I think Sargeant knows he is done after this season. The way he spoke and carried himself in the last two interviews was different. Cap pulled down deep into his face and I got the impression there was no fire in him anymore. Until then you could at least hear that he wanted to fight and give everything.
He seems like a good kid but I fear that is it for him, the gap is just not coming down enough.

Ein cleverer Schachzug von Scholz ein Treffen mit Rhein, Weil und Merz zu machen. Rhein findet den Merz wohl auch nicht so dufte wie man seinen Kommentaren entnehmen konnte, da sind die Fronten im Vorfeld schon klar. Absagen kann Merz nach seiner Aufforderung zum Treffen wohl auch kaum....

Naja, aber es gibt eben doch genug Schnittmengen die sich alle länder teilen. Sowas wie Name und Geburtsdatum um mal nur Die einfachsten zu nennen. Natürlich gibt es krasse Unterschiede die berücksichtigt werden muessen, aber auch hier gilt wieder. Es gibt mehr das vereint als das trennt.
Letztendlich ist das auch Prozess und IT Sicht doch alles kein hexenwerk, es fehlt an Willen, Kompetenz und der Bereitschaft Kompromisse zu machen. Bayern laesst sich doch nichts von NRW sagen.
Es ist sicher kein kleines Problem, aber absolut lösbar.
Da wird man doch bei jedem Absatz fuchsteufelswild.
Alleine das es keine Standards gibt an die sich alle halten muessen. Warum muss denn bitte jedes sxheisse Kaff ne eigene lösung bauen und bezahlen? Warum ist das nicht alles quelloffen?
Ich weiss es gibt grade genug andere Dinge die schlimmer und wichtiger sind, aber daran reine ich mich grade wieder mal auf. Einfach die pure Inkompetenz.

I was really worried he was going to crash the way he sounded. Absolutely right decision to retire and the team sounded really supportive.
