Perhaps it would’ve been more accurate to say no mysterious, dark-pattern algorithms. The Fediverse has documented, simple algorithms that aren’t trying to manipulate the viewer.

Climate change is a part of my choice not to have children, but it's not the only part. Mainly it is the cost of living that drives up the sacrifice to such an extent that it's just not worth it to me.

You may argue that I'm not committed enough to the prospect, and you are right! That's why I don't have kids. I wouldn't make a very good parent, then.
