Lingua franca is a language that 2 groups speaking a different language both understand, English is a lingua franca.
It makes sense to teach in 2 languages when bit percentages of the population speak them, in the case of America teaching native American language would be pointless for the children aside from preventing the language from dying

You'll need a library that your distro doesn't have up to date so you had to edit your apt list and then that library won't load because it needs some other library that didn't get updated to work with your architecture for some reason so you have to compile it yourself
I've worked for a massive corporation in which they had 300mb+ excel files they bought high specs computers just to have them load fast enough and searching would take 3 to 5 minutes we suggested that they'd try moving it to Microsoft access and the query became instant, I can't imagine the hours wasted waiting for the queries to run
