Lemmy.ca is not a community - it’s an instance. NoStupidQuestions is a community. Because instances do not need to be federated, a community of the same name can exist somewhere else. Therefore, the instance name is attached to be specific.
Ca is the top level domain of Canada. You’re going to need to see if the TLD you’re looking for exists and go register your own instance
