As much as I want one too, there’s a reason they aren’t sold in the US.
They weren’t built to survive high speed collisions with large vehicles.
If you really want one, the best option is to import >25 years old as that’s when they become street legal.

I think it’s partially due to the relatively small population and quantity of posts. Anecdotally, I never browsed r/all, but that’s my primary mode on Lemmy. I usually don’t notice the community a post belongs to unless someone brings it up.
Maybe that will change with time.
It kind of existed when Google included a link to every site’s cached content, but they removed that years ago.
