I think it depends on the instance, I find lots of vitriol comments on lemmy.world.

How is the moderation and everything in that instance?
Found some power tripping mods in some instances, lemmy.ml seems fairly neutral.

- TiVimate, IPTV
- Kodi, best video player.
- Jellyfin and Plex
- Stremio with Real Debrid.
