So I just found out, that APPERENTLY, a LEMON, isn't naturally occurring, and is a hybrid by CROSSBREEDING a BITTER ORANGE with a CITRON! WHICH MEANS: LIFE NEVER GAVE US LEMONS! WE INVENTED THEM ALL BY OURSELVES!!

somebody needs to alert 196 about this discovery immediately

something that's true of most hobbies I've looked into: always start with the cheap shit tools/materials because you won't really understand why the expensive shit is good until you've had some experience.

At my level of experience (essentially none) I'd get similar results if I was using copic or crayola.

i think dnd is the one game I've spent more money on than warframe.

it's easier to get ahead with a weaker skillset if you're ok with fucking over someone else to get there.

gonna be honest, I don't read the sidebar for 99% of subs that pop up in the all feed. Hell, I didn't even check what sub I'm in now until halfway through typing this comment.

Why would normal people know how to boot from usb? Shit, if you clean the ads out of a windows start menu, a normie will think you're a wizard for doing the inconceivable.

I've been pretty outspoken about my support for high powered ebikes and scooters, but 70mph sounds like too much. At those kinds of speeds you're one pothole from instant death.

I remember. My family was always poor but my parents understood the value of technology. all of us had pcs, and we had a nintendo in the living room.

Granted, we were poor, so the tech we hooked up to the tv was a bit behind. I was hype as fuck to finally have a copy of The Guardian Legend for NES while my best friend was playing mario sunshine.

I think I had the better childhood.

it's like an abusive relationship, but at larger scale.

The only time in my life I've seriously considered suicide was when I lost the usb drive that had all my novel notes on it. If a major company ripped everything from me because "reasons", I'd be considering homicide instead.

By the way, git is good for more than just software. I keep my novel notes in a git repository these days.

krita is also very good software, but I know less about how they run their company.

Essentially, title. Is it ok to ask for recommendations here? Looking to buy a scooter, possibly an ebike, and I don't want to accidentally buy a piece of crap.

Previously, I owned a vsett8, which became inoperable and unfixable the first time it was rained on (I don't have it anymore). Before that, a turbowheel lightning, which I loved until it was stolen.

Now though, I'm on a tight budget and everything is more expensive than ever.

Are there reputable 'buyers guides' that this community can recommend? Or maybe you've had good experience with a model/brand/seller?

EDIT: ok, i've got a list to check out. Thank you everyone. Y'all probably won't hear from me again until I've done the research and made a decision. I'll probably make a new post later on detailing what I've found and how I made my decision. Might be a while tho.
