Etwa 60 min/Woche Rad auf dem Arbeitsweg. Dann noch etwa 2-4 Stunden Schwimmen/Gym. Habe aber leider erst mit Anfang 30 angefangen. Bin trotzdem leicht übergewichtig, habe Knieschmerzen und bekomme von einer Tüte Chips 3 Tage Sodbrennen. Ich wünschte man hätte mir Bewegung im Elternhaus beigebracht.
