Is it really accurate to say we spend nothing on transit? Maybe it isn’t as much as you’d want, but there are definitely billions going into Transit funding.

The battery disposal problem is on the cusp of becoming the battery recycling industry.

Yeah, you used some edgy camel case while completely missing the point. I’m sure the red baron would be jealous of how hard you shot me down.

No, I mean your original position.

I interpreted as google is to blame because they are greedy. Was that your position, and if it was do you think google has a monopoly on greed (which would seemingly be necessary for you to use greed as the sole factor in determining fault).

[–] geoken@lemmy.world 0 points 2 years ago (5 children)

Oh, so you weren’t implying that? What was your position then?

Wasnt insisting anything. You’re the one who posted in agreement that both side act out of greed.

Correct, both sides act on greed. Seemed like an obvious statement, but at least you’ve finally caught up.

Not entirely. Your comment seemed to be trying to attribute blame based on nothing more than a measure of greed.

I was simply saying that no one side has a monopoly on greed in this scenario - so you’d need a bit more than that to try and figure out who’s in the wrong.

This is a useless position.

Of course the primary issue is greed, but the job of policy makers is to physically limit the manifestations of that greed. If they could legally do it, corporations would buy and use slaves.

If the government is allowing corporations to use immigration to suppress wages - then the fault lies with the government.
