@fivezero Holy shit that is one top heavy company. No wonder they haven't made a profit. I'm done with f u/spez but it will be entertaining to watch him continue to devalue the company. Fidelity downgraded the value and who knows what the Chinese investor Tencen thinks. It will be delicious to watch spez screw up his IPO. Desperation has gripped spez and its getting worse.

@digdilem We took Florida and Texas from the Spanish fair and square and bought Louisiana from the French. You guys kept Canada but had to split it with the French. You can have Florida and Texas so we’ll trade you for Canada. They seem very nice.

@cacheson This exactly. It’s why I didn’t join there and wound up here instead. Communism is a misnomer at this point - all that is left is the authoritarian/totalitarian/Putinistas. Tankies and Putinistas are the same to me. Trumpists are the same to me. The only time I’m associating with those people is across from them at their next US insurrection.
@swnt Spez will just keep doing what he's doing because he doesn't know how to be different. Who knows what new counterproductive idea he'll force on the people there. Fidelity just reduced the valuation of the company - again. At some point between Fidelity and Tencen the investors may throw his ass out, which would be fitting. Eventually happens to people with Hubris like his.

@HandsHurtLoL Yes that is right. Perry was appointed to DOE, the agency he wanted to abolish. Tillerson was installed at State so that he could dismantle it, which he did. All part of the Bannon "burn it down" theory of Government
@kuontom During Rick Perry's short-lived presidential run, he said he wanted to eliminate 3 agencies but then forgot which ones they were. This is on the same level of stupidity

@BraBraBra I’ve heard people say that. I’m aware that there have been previous reductions in value. My experience is that investors have the best access to a company’s information, often in real time in a situation like this, so I think the investors are baking in any user loss and loss of revenue even if they are not publicly admitting it.
