Luxurious shave today. I didn’t need the third pass, but wanted to enjoy the lather and the shaving experience a little longer. The TNeV EdP is new to me and this was my first time using it. If you like TNeV, the EdP should be a consideration if you don't already have it.
Or, you can do BBS November, shave twice a day, and work on different ways to get that moustache area close and comfortably shaved.
I have tinkered with technique so much that, now, I get my best shaves with a straight; including the mouth and chin areas.

Great shave. I especially enjoyed The Stank™ today. And I have officially become a straight razor snob about own shaving. I have a safety razor collection that I really like, but now I feel like using a safety razor is a little like putting training wheels back on a bicycle. It's always something 🙄

The glass soap jar and large frosted glass aftershave add class (and expense) to this setup, but I don't understand the relationship with Maullu other than his social media popularity. I would not have purchased this because, on the surface, it appears like a gimmick to me. Luckily, this set was a gift to me and I quite like it. The curvy WoolfBlades razor and this Legacy set gave me a great shave today.
I tend to overuse scents that I like, drop them for a while, and then rediscover how great they are. This is primarily why I like changing the soaps I use with the season.
I think I could go through Rosa Oud from Eufros in one go. WestMan Alma (Red Roses · Passion Fruit · Passion Flower · Musk · Cedar · Oud) would work for me too. Otherwise, not a rose scent that is primarily just rose.

I haven't used Cerberus in too long. I think of it as more of a colder weather scent, but that's only because I have enough scents for hot weather to use during that part of the year.
Today's shave was very enjoyable using my desert island razor (Iwasaki with Tamahagane steel and mammoth ivory scales).
I am slowly moving myself back to morning shaves in preparation for BBS November so, I'll probably be posting around this time for a little while.
October 24, 2025 -- Darkfall Day
2 passes. Face lather. Excellent shave.
It was a beautiful and very chilly fall morning here. Absolutely perfect for Darkfall. If you like a deep warm and woody scent with a hint of smokiness and spice, this one is worth a try. Darkfall and Leviathan really speak to me this time of year.
