I honestly think Proton is one of the most impressive pieces of software of the last decade

I'm currently using Mint, and doing regular backups with Timeshift. I see two possible reasons to switch in the future: if there's ever an update that breaks my system and I don't manage to recover a backup, or newer releases become incompatible with my hardware. So far none of this has happened so I don't see a reason to change.

Step 1: download the app ??? Step 6: discuss war plans with your fellow government officials

I like auto-shooter. It makes the connection with auto clickers, and they are both games you play with your brain turned off and a lot of crap is flying around on the screen for spectacle

I'm all for a company that avoids crunch if they can afford it

"Hasbro hopes these sets will bring in new and lapsed players" what they really want is target a different audience for each released UB who will buy just this particular set. The question is what happens when you run out of popular IPs to print. Do you just cycle back to Marvel every 3 years?

I got into Guild Wars 2 last week. I really like the fast progression, it's the opposite to every other MMO i've tried that makes you grind hours for a level. I'll reach max level pretty soon after only 10 hours or so playing

Just because the game failed doesn't mean the whole studio needs to be scrapped... Artists and programmers could still get their chance to shine, without the top level decision makers steering the game towards dated formulas like hero shooters

I really enjoyed this interview. For those who have tried this game, it reveals interesting facts about the development and the thought process of the (solo!) developer.

Spring Falls is a relaxing puzzle game about controlling the flow of water on a hexagonal grid. The difficulty is very tame, and I don't recall spending more than a few minutes on a level. Instead, it has a very soothing, ambient soundtrack layered with the occasional sound of falling rain. I played this during a calm morning sunrise and it was perfect.

The game takes around 2 hours to complete and can be found on sale for less than 4€.

Offers on all kinds of puzzle games - ends on August 7.

I personally recommend A Monster's Expedition, a great game with many clever tricks and mind-bending mechanics.
