Grappling hook for the win! From xontic, to overwatch to spider man games,just swinging around is a blast.
One major bot that is fediverse specific. A community syncing bot. So if two communities from different instances want to, they could have a bot that crossposts everything between each other and delete one deleted between each other. A more advanced feature to have is to have it only do certain tags, so for example !linux@lemmy.ml with a help/question and fedora tags could be auto posted to !fedora@lemmy.ml, and !linux_questions@lemmy.ml .

I mean, me either, heck their stance on blocking anti-slavery measures is worse and they don't even change that. I just don't expect them to act ethically, but would always bet they will act on brand.

Like I get asking Microsoft to give up DirectX is asking for them to lose market grip, but what grip is metal actually giving Apple?
Honestly, yeah, looking forward to when my budget lets me get the SimulaVR headset. Do I want something with a fraction of the software or apps as my laptop. No, that would be a huge step backwards. Do I want to have to buy software and jump through 15 hoops to modify anything? no.
So unfortunately Apple's ISore and Facebook's head-mounted surveillance device aren't for me, but a full Linux machine with x86 with infinite displays and full body interactions, for sure.
Can't have a product potentially get past the early adopters phase can they.
