oh okay, makes sense. i was wondering if it's lemmy developers being pressured by the mobs, but seems like it isn't.
why does it get removed from join lemmy? i noticed it wasn't there when looking yesterday.
this is not confirmed information, but i saw speculation that he was buried in a secret funeral and not even his family members were allowed to bury him. if it's true, it's probably to avoid any issues with isntreal and not being seen as "legitimizing" his actions.

Finally! I was waiting for this since we applied last year, I'm honestly surprised they invited Egypt considering the current economic situation. Maybe this will help us get out of the crippling weight of foreign debt. Also surprised Algeria wasn't invited when it's more ideologically aligned to current BRICS countries, while Egypt tries to play both sides since the 70s (although it's increasingly looking east recently).
