Hm glass ceiling. Strasbourg?

It was the narrator from Actual Cannibal Shia Lebouf for me
I should also say, like when my friends and I start a big archipelago run it'll take > 1 month, and we'll have 2-5 games per person, and will have 10k total checks
Of course you can do way way smaller ones. Even single sitting ones for sure.
Yup! And then you make a config file (usually via the website) and it all goes together into a server (free on archipelago or you can self host) to make and track the randomizer.
So for OC2 – things like throw, usable joysticks, sprint, emote, faster washing/faster cutting, plates being clean instead of dirty, the ramps, and a few other QoL items are in the pool. Then you do stars (default is just 1/level) go get checks, and need more stars for more levels. Obviously it's much easier with all your tech, and you can scale it however you want.
For some games, it can be insane amounts of checks. Like factorio or Stardew or StarCraft
I read Sweden, thought Sweden, and wrote Switzerland anyway. I blame a lack of coffee this morning.
Cool, some large cultural differences for sure. I don't know how North in Sweden you were, but as a recent ex-par to Denmark– I'm finding Denmark's winter to be very similar to how you describe Sweden's. It is very relaxed though, work and socially. And that's nice
Nice!
I wanna mention one of my favorite ways to game (especially asynchronously) with my friends
Archipelago is a multi world randomizer, and Overcooked 2 in included in that and plays pretty well randomly!
For those curious, it's basically "everyone's progression items are strewn about everyone's worlds", so I might unlock morph ball for someone's Metroid run in my hollow knight run, and they might find "throw" for overcooked 2
Oh man you're in for a great time.
See if there's a live showing of it near you. It's kinda like Rocky Horror Picture Show? Cult classic, lots of audience interaction when shown live. It's earnestly bad but that's what makes it good
What are some things you miss in Korea about Switzerland, Poland, and Germany? Any things that you don't miss?
Ah that sucks to hear. Surely you're in the US? There are a lot of other countries where it's great
No one entity should be the arbiter of that. But if most people think nazism is bad, then anyone who platforms a Nazi shouldn't be listened to, laughed off the air even.
I don't know what is going wrong (education, perhaps), but the people who support Joe Rogan are (like it or not) supporting recruiting new Nazis.
I guess what I'm trying to convey is:
You can listen to whoever you want. But if you defend joe Rogan for platforming everyone, my counter argument is he platforms Nazis and the rest he does kind of doesn't matter after that.
But if giving Nazis a platform radicalizes 10 people to become Nazis and 1 to reconsider, then it makes for a lot of Nazi recruitment.
I like the theory, but in practice it's dangerous to give seemingly equal platforms to everyone. Some people have views that should be checked at the door.
Do you have a fireplace or a stove for heating anywhere? My family always used a pan of water on top of those in the winter
