“It is shameful,” wrote an ICE spokesman who declined to be named in a Saturday morning statement...

...

The spokesman was pushing back against Albemarle County Commonwealth’s Attorney [NAME]...

Happy to name one, but not the other.

That is a very interesting git repo. Is this just a web view into the actual git folder?

While I hate paywalls, too, I encourage everyone to click the link anyway.

Every time you use an archive link, you are one less metric in the voice of telling these sites what you want to read.

Firefox Reader Mode works just fine for most pay walls, including this one, while still registering the metric for a conversion.

I just got a Zenbook Duo for work because I haul around a second monitor all the time. Debian 12 is not happy, feels like the early 2Ks as I try out mainline and other methods to get the wifi card and displays recognized. Every laptop I've used up to this one worked out of the box. That being said, Ubuntu may, but I'm trying to avoid the snap machine.

For anything CLI based, anyway. I also run Webbian in Docker for GUI, but those are special use cases.

I've been thinking about making an nginx plugin that randomizes words on a page to poison AI scrapers.

This is why I use things like Docusaurus to generate static sites. Vulnerability injections are pretty hard when there's no code to inject into.

I'm such a nerd I read this as Brown Coats and thought "why would they be terrorizing anyone?"
