Bro if a sports team is causing you legitimate mental problems you should really take a step back. Sports are awesome but if it gets to the point it’s causing you harm (mentally, financially etc) you should take a break and reevaluate your dedication. A hobby shouldn’t be causing anxiety. You gotta learn to compartmentalize your love for the bears.
