Back in the day it used to cheaper to fly from London to New York and buy a Mac than it was to purchase locally.

Including flights!

Oh hai Tim Apple!

I really have a sense that current Apple makes great computers and devices, but this has made them arrogant.

The Tim Cook obsession with having devices at every price point with obnoxious pricing on RAM and SSD upgrades is denigrating the customer experience.

For me, I just feel like I’m being ripped off with those RAM and SSD prices.

I get to spec’ing up a new MacBook Pro and feel like I’m being ripped off and manipulated.

Which leaves a bad taste in my mouth and I close the browser.

I’d like to upgrade my M1 Pro to an M3 Max but decide the feeling of having been taken for a fool just isn’t worth it for me.

In Australian dollars the prices are more than obnoxious for upgrades.
