I wonder if they wouldn't have been caught if they only did 200k a year.

OMG the OSS at my first job was like that, but they wouldn't give contractors the lock code. So after I was waiting 30 min to go pee I spun the lock, went pee, came back and waited an hour outside the door. We both got a talking to, him by his command and me by my company. I snapped back and pay, hours, and lack of trust and that if they tried to gig me for this I was walking out and not coming back. That was back in 2012 and I have changed jobs multiple times. I like the team and what I do, openshift and kuberneties is awesome to get teams to update their code. But as you said,no remote, except for development.

Thanks, I have been looking and I see pay is better for outside government for the work I do.

So your solution is to let the Nazis be in power because you don't want the government involved in politics? Segregation and slavery would still be around if not for the federal government.

How many queer people deaths are ok for you? How many women dying during childbirth are you willing to give up on for your compromise? The only thing politicians compromise on is whose pockets get lined more. Compromise on rights for others is a very privileged position to be in.

What made you leave gov space?

I got good support from redhat, had an individual dev help out with a difficult openshift deployment.

I would like the US to take direct action against Russia to end it. Like a single missile to blow Putin up.

Might be safer for HRT, than having to trust a 3rd party to buy it from if you live in a place that can't get it thru insurance or Dr.

I like the sound of it. As long as they don't go full M$ and start selling data and adding AI buttons. This will make Linux more approachable.
