You might want to take a break from this magazine for a week or so, because the chances are good the traffic here will go way up before it goes down.
Don't delete your account until you're sure you've wiped everything, including stuff that's more than 1000 comments old and stuff that's in private subs (which have to be public for you to edit/delete). TBH, I wouldn't delete your account at all at this time... just wipe it and walk away. That way, if you check back later and your comments have been restored, you can trash them again.
A little searching with DuckDuckGo reveals that this tweet was made in January 2023. Not sure whether it's also bot-vomited from a previous instance of the same remark. It's telling that the r/all post doesn't link to the tweet or give a date.

LOL, that's how Reddit's traffic is "back to normal".
You would think that Reddit would have put some new mods in there right away (even if those "new mods" were just socks being staffed by Reddit employees) to put pressure on other subreddits.
DuckDuckGo, and before that, I used ixquick(which is now StartPage).
That sounds like you've deleted your account and you missed getting that post when you were deleting--either because it was over the 1000 limit or because it was in a sub that was private when you were trying to delete things.
I deleted my stuff over a period of several days. Some of those comments are gone entirely (not in the search results), some of them are hits but when you go to the thread, the comment's been deleted, and some of them are hits where there's a line of the comment as part of the google search result but when you go to the thread there's nothing there. So Google's in the process of forgetting things.
Show of hands: how many of you got a mental image of a cocktail party after reading "walks, drinks and socializes"?
So many astroturf vibes coming off this new mod's post...
I'd suggest hanging on to those empty accounts for a while, just to be sure you've gotten everything. Even if your profile page looks blank, you may have comments older than the 1000 comment limit that still exist, as do any comments/posts made in subs that have gone private.
They didn't even bother to do an email for the trophy case. /facepalm
