Fiddling with life expectancy calculator. I guess it never dawned on me in me that if I make it to 70, my total life expectancy goes up.
I didn’t bother to click and read – but might it be due to the missing/seized equipment?
Typically I will Instapot just the meat in large batches:
- Beef: Carne Picada or Stew Meat
- Pork: Shoulder/Butt
- Chicken: Thighs
Add a can of salsa, chipotle adobe, or seasoning if desired. I usually just keep the beef bland with maybe some soy sauce.
Cook - refrigerate - put into ziplock bag and freeze.
Over the week I’ll break off 100-200g portions and add to things like eggs, salads or curry dishes.
So – while not a ready to eat meal – the dishes that I do cook daily only take 5-10 minutes with this method.

Oddly I just encountered one of these for the first time. The plastic part fully surrounded the rod and then the metal separated… So, the point of this is to allow you to steal those hangers and use them at home?
