Just create the server dude. There are a bunch of instances related to specific languages, games, TV shows, countries, regions, what have you. It'll show up at https://join-lemmy.org/instances and Arabic speakers should be able to find it. You can then promote it on other social media. You can also suggest it on other social media if you don't believe you can be an admin :)

Are you against instances that speak specific languages too? feddit.it (Italian), feddit.de (German), jlailu.fr (French), feddit.nl (Dutch), feddit.uk (United Kingdom), feddit.dk (Danish), eslemmy.es (Spanish), etc. or instances for specific cities?

Or is it because it's Arabic?

For three months, therefore, together with some members, we experimented on the open source platform Nextcloud.

I think the experiment is over.

During the trial period and the evaluations, it showed that participants could get on well with Nextcloud and that the platform is applicable in practice.

"A logical next step is a scaled-up trial period in which we investigate whether Nextcloud can be included in the service portfolio," says Van Himbergen.
