I think the little ant is called Discothyrea sexarticulata, and it got its name from a person named Borgmeier.

Ich hab hier an der nächsten Kreuzung je einen, egal ob ich links oder rechts aus der Haustür gehe.

Edit: auf dem Land gibt es dagegen ganze Dörfer (> 1000 Einwohner) ohne einen einzigen Briefkasten. Das ist natürlich schlecht.
