I tried ordering online and picking up at the store twice. Both times there were complications and I ended up having to call customer support, and waiting in the parking lot for nearly an hour. Walmart does not give a shit and they know they're too big to fail.
It is a problem for other people too, but I would argue it's a very small insignificant one. Unless you're ripping off an entire song and it's not parody, you're fine.

I would say "Worst Behavior" is the best one I've heard. Though I think any competent rapper would sound good on that beat, it's not much to do with Drake.
His music doesn't do anything for me, but it's not the worst among top 40 type music either.
