My original first ultra battery life is getting worse yet still 100 capacity. What's going on? in c/apple@hardware.watch

Since the update, the time left in the timer complication doesn’t show up anymore… in c/apple@hardware.watch

Have you tried changing to a different watch face and then back? Or removing the complication and then adding it again? I had this issue after the update to watchos 10, but it kind of fixed itself, it just started working again one day
