They recorded two albums of Woody Guthrie songs about fighting fascists and uniting workers. “Based as fuck” is exactly what they are.

“I had to sit through a 3 hour lunch at Nobu and a visit to a whorehouse with that dreadful bore Altman. What an exhausting 16 hour day.”

Clinton was a neoliberal shitbag just like Reagan and HW Bush. I’m a prison abolitionist so just take every cent he has and give it to Epstein’s (and Clinton’s) victims. Let him die poor and hated.

I post very little on insta and I’ve still had to block a half-dozen LLM slop accounts after they commented word slurry on photos I posted.

The Jackalope actually has reasonable burger prices if you’re downtown. Like $5-6 for the basic ones

I mean, if you’re enough of a fanboy to still fw Tesla of course you’ll give his shitty diner a good review.

Yeah, most hipster burger places charge more, TBH. In Austin the standard price for a burger is now $16 without sides.

In the US the police have won multiple court cases (including cases heard by SCOTUS) that the police are under no obligation to protect members of the public except when the danger is created by the cops.

In my opinion depicting the cops as even kind of competent and interested in solving crimes is copaganda.

Still copaganda. He’s an “antihero” who is portrayed as getting the right answer the wrong way.

Millionaire homeowners sued the city of Charlottesville, Virginia, arguing a 10 square mile town whose new zoning plan to increase density had no plan to expand the roads

Charlottesville, Virginia, spent most of a decade revising its zoning code.

It held endless community meetings.

It gave opponents ample opportunity to make their case.

They lost.

But a handful of rich homeowners sued and have gotten the new Charlottesville zoning code overturned on a technicality.

These millionaire homeowners, who could not persuade Charlottesville residents and could not win at the ballot box, decided they would throw everything they had to nullify their defeat. And it worked 😠
