I think anything that's let's you hear and think about sex and sexuality would help on exploring without any of the more porny aspects. I love Dan Savage podcast and column which is all about sex and relationships. Hearing about other people sex lives and problem will help you see a variety of different things about relationships structures, sex, kink and sexuality. Some will be interested in learning more others might give you the Ick. All good to know.

In a similar vein would be the standard kink and sex books. Those range from steamy to clinical in their handling. Worth checking books out

Also to note that there's a statistical term called Naive Bayes which basically has no assumptions to calculate some things. So basically no assumptions is the best definition

For sure native forbs can attract more. Its not an either or, but rather a both situation. Pollinator friendly Forbs where you can and clover within your turf lawn. I personally also have been adding self-heal (mild successfully) and creeping thyme (not that successfully) into my lawn. Its a move on all front situation in my yard

The national guard here is looking around for men in black masks in front of computers throughout the city. Its crazy

I just and to add in here that supporting your non-native bees with clover is still worthwhile. Clovers can be a good add on if you want a traditional lawn

I was just saying that telling someone to stop eating only liver and kidneys and instead eat something green to cure their gout would likely get you labeled a witch.

I walk on eggshells at work because I need to keep my corporate professional mask on at work. Like everyone else I need to put on my work persona and attempt to mask things that might be "unprofessional". Same with keeping a calm cool collective mask on even if I am frustrated, sad or tired. This is true for everyone though.

I have some disagreement about this. Since our thoughts are a mixture of our conscious decisions and cultural context there are times when offensive thoughts bubble up. What make you a good person is not acting on this offensive thoughts, noting them and consciously attempting to change them. So you are correct to change your thinking but its a process and no one is perfect. As you change them they lessen but we all have times when our thoughts aren't as enlightened as we want to be.

I agree with this 100%. We should all be careful what we say because its etiquette. We are all working on being more polite and kind.

Why does your ice taste so odd?

Don't forget that in the 14th century if you fixed what the doctor couldn't diagnoses you are called a witch. Usually by telling people to eat their vegetables instead of live entirely off of organ meat

My favorite 3D printer just released a new puzzle box. Take a look and check our his designs. Would love to see what people think?

My partner just hit her third trimester and we are getting everything ready for when our first baby arrives. When our baby arrives we want to use one of those baby tracking apps that allow you to log when the baby was fed, when they pooped etc. I want to make sure whatever my partner and I use doesn't sell our data.

We will need something that we both can use on our own phones and want it simple and easy to use. What did everyone use? Did you like it? Did it feel useful and safe?

Imagine going through life not being able to afford property

Every bit is worth something, even if no one person or group can do enough.

I have Ostrich fern on the front of my house that I have been waiting years to try. I keep missing the window when they are ready so I was overjoyed when I saw my fiddlehead popping up. I chopped 9, steamed with in a pan with a little butter for 5 minutes. I plated them with just a sprinkle of flaky salt and had them for lunch today.

They were great and tasted a little like asparagus but with a more savory, earthly flavor. They were amazing and totally worth the wait. I might check tomorrow to see if I can sustainability grab a few more to have them again.

10/10 would forage again.
