The ones in my front yard went from non-existent to fully uncurled in like 3 days. I missed my window again this year after vowing to get them this year after missing them last year.

Welcome. Its been great for me so far. Whatever instance you are currently on the amount of politics and echo chamber does matter. So feel free to comment and enjoy. I just want to add all of the organic material that makes soil different from sand. Erosion will turn rocks into small rocks which we call sand. It's plants, fungus and animals that make that into soil. They all work together to digest and excrete what makes up soil. Not to mention that it's fungi that dissolve minerals to make them bioavailable to everything else. So there's lots of ways life changed the surface but I don't know about the base continents
Its a short book and worth a read. Also if there a whole chapter about FEMINIST MASCULINITY which is worth a read. Especially if you think feminism isn't for men.

I know I am just guessing about it being about kink but it feels that way based on how people interact with it. The Trad Wife influencers has too much sexualized content currently to be about biblical values.
Exactly its all about consent. There is nothing wrong with 24/7 D/s relationships but they are really uncommon. Most people who fantasize about them don't even want them. Its Olympic level stuff so you got to be on the top of your game in every aspect. Not for everone

I have two main thoughts on this first is that most of the people really into this are just in denial about their sexual submissive tendencies. They want to be dominated in bed and / or bossed around since it turns them on. They don't want to admit this since that would be against what "good girls want" so they decide its easier to adopt this crazy ideology instead. This of course backfires since the only men who are interested in this are abuses assholes. Everyone else would self select out and would rather have their spouse be equal outside the bedroom. So of course they are miserable since only assholes would sign up for this. A feminist man would happily dominate her as an equal. Its about power over vs power with.
As mentioned below it seems likely this is caused by the depression. It seems like both are you are overwhelmed and under intense pressure her especially. Its time for both of you to prioritize your mental health. Go to therapy (couples or individual), get time away from the kids together and / or apart so that you can do something you enjoy. Neither of you can be your best for the rest of the family without taking some time or energy to help yourself. Take on some of the burden so your wife can have some time off from the kids. She should do the same for you. Ask for help so someone else watches the kids and relax together.
Go watch a roller derby event. It's pretty fun and mostly chaos. But there's some real skill and strategy involved.
