I prefer covering up to regular sunscreen. A sarong or two will keep the sun off effectively. I found a few days of sunscreen application while camping got pretty manky.

I realise it's somewhat of a curse, but Vandal Savage's immortality.

Ideally, some form of time manipulation though. More than simple time travel. Being able to speed up, slow down, have irl scum saving, age/youth-en people/things... And simple time travel too though.

My cheapest meal prep is red lentils and yellow curry paste. Works out to about 65c aud per meal. Sometimes I'll add rice or veggies, but plain is fine too.

HR is for big trucks. LR / MR would be appropriate for these jumbo cars. Bigger fines for fuck ups too. Should also be 0.00% on the breatho.

My 06 forester was tiny compared to my friends 2019 one.

I found one of my friends from the park face down next to his car yesterday. I think the old bloke had just tripped and no longer had the fitness to get himself back up. Helped him up and got him into his car. Helped pack away his fly fishing stuff that he practices with. He said he was okay from there but I reckon I should've drove him home. I was on the dog walk so finished that then went back to the park to check on him and the car was gone ~40 minutes later.

I had another therapy client who fell at home and couldn't get back up. In his 90s. Luckily we were close enough that I knew where his spare key was and alarm code so I let myself in for the appointment even though he wasn't answering the door. Found him dehydrated on the floor, got him a drink an called the jewbalance (hatzolah).

Lesson is, don't let your fitness slide so much that you can't get up off the ground... if you can help it.

I think it's just the usual cycle with a bit of low oil barrel price in there.
