That is precisely true. Not only that but what ever the bot is running on, if it isn't controlled by some neutral entity the big could be guided behind the scenes pretty easily.
A lot of these types only have one set. They become completely devoid of creativity once the rot sets in so it's no wonder he didn't have an alternative set for that gig. Damn shame the show runners didn't check on who they had booked.
