No, there is no mention of coal or a specific power usage in the article, but every method I've seen so far, put more co2 in the air than it manages to pull out of it. Coal was merely an assumption.
Would be even better if they were cancelled completely, since most, if not all have roots in neocolonialism. It would also be good to have cooperation across the globe, it might even manage to push some wisdom through our thick skulls.
